Arrival time and process — what to expect
You call our dispatch line (no menu, always a real person). We identify the nearest technician, confirm an arrival window and give you a fixed total price by phone. On arrival, the technician shows ID, verifies yours and gets to work — most doors are open damage-free within 5 to 10 minutes.
Pricing: day, evening, night and weekend
Nova uses one transparent rate. There is no evening, night or weekend surcharge — you pay the same at three in the morning as at three in the afternoon. A standard damage-free emergency opening starts from € 85, including call-out within Amsterdam. Cylinder replacement is only done after you approve a written quote.
